ProdIP News Greetings: NATIONAL AWAKENING, WILL INDONESIA RISE?

Whether we realize it or not, Indonesia is currently suffering from a serious illness. This illness is caused by various political, legal, and moral issues. These three issues need to be "treated" so that Indonesia can recover, rise from its downfall, and catch up with progress. If left untreated, Indonesia will continue to suffer, surrounded by the cancer of poverty, and ultimately face "death." This is certainly not what we want. The nation's elements need to place politics, law, and morality in their rightful positions. Politics must be viewed as a process of gaining and maintaining power with the aim of making a positive contribution to the nation. Law should be placed as the commander in determining what is just, based on justice and equality. And most importantly, morality must be the foundation for everything, including in political activities and law enforcement. Morality is the core of all matters. Good morality will guarantee the creation of a good nation, one that is responsible in fulfilling its duties and functions as a country. Placing politics, law, and morality in their rightful positions is not an easy task; it requires time, process, and the collective commitment of all elements of the nation, including academics, politicians, activists, and society at large.
