To establish an excellent study program in enhancing the international level of governmental practice and science to support Dynamic Governance as the embodiment of Islamic values. 

The Mission of Government Studies:

1. To establish education in improving students’ thoughts, insight, and skills in the public administration and governmental science that have orientation on the local government, both in the country and foreign.
2. To improve the research and review of Governmental Science to support the establishment of dynamic governance.
3. To conduct service towards society to develop the democratization and the empowerment of civil society.
4. To increase institutional networks at local, national, and international levels.
5. To improve the academic and skill competencies for students in the governmental field by having international-class competitiveness and good moral conduct.
