Following up on the circular from the University regarding the “PASTI” Program (Definitely Graduate on Time, Work on Time), the Government Science Study Program held a coordination meeting to accelerate student graduation. The coordination, which was attended by Lecturers and Students of the Government Science Study Program, was held in the FISIP-UMM courtroom, Saturday, July 14, 2018. The event was opened by the Head of the Government Science Study Program and also provided motivation to students to immediately complete their studies and final assignments/thesis on time.
The coordination event was continued by Dr. Asep Nurjaman, M.Si as a Lecturer of Government Science and Head of UMM Library and Muhammad Kamil, S.IP, MA. who encouraged students to immediately resolve academic obstacles and final assignments. They both also asked students to be proactive in coordinating and collaborating with departments to resolve academic problems and final assignments.
Coordination of accelerated student graduation is continued with a dialogue between lecturers and students related to academic problems and thesis preparation. Dialogue between students and lecturers is carried out to accommodate problems and student developments in pursuing studies as well as obstacles in completing final assignments.
