According to H. Rokhmad, S.Sos., “The legislative process faces various challenges and dynamics in realizing the SDGs. However, these challenges can be overcome with leaders and representatives of the people who are faithful, competent, and of high quality.”
“As Mr. Rokhmad mentioned, the SDGs play a very important role, as they consist of 17 goals that are interlinked,” added Amirah Ghaida Dayanara, S.IP.
This was further clarified by Drs. Krishno Hadi, M.A., who said, “The function of the DPRD is outlined in Law No. 32 of 2004 and Law No. 23 of 2014. Everything is clearly regulated in these laws.”
