Being busy with work and being active in many organizations is not an obstacle to satisfying academic achievement. However, many students are reluctant to look for other productive activities outside of lectures because it will interfere with their academic grades. This excessive fear was broken by Ike Dwi Ambarwati, the best graduate of Government Science period IV, in 2021. The woman born in Bondowoso, East Java, graduated on time with a cum laude GPA (3.88). Moreover, which is also very extraordinary, Ike as his nickname has a myriad of other activities in the form of being active in organizations and working and at the same time having many academic achievements.

Ike is active in many organizations with many different activities. In Intra-Campus, he was the Government Science Student Association (HIMAP). He has participated in more extras, starting from the Islamic Student Association (HMI), Bondowoso Student Association, General Election Commission (KPU) of Malang Regency, to the Malang Legal Aid Institute (LBH). Not only that, but Ike has also worked as a private elementary school tutor for all subjects.
All these activities take time and energy. But for Ike, the key is time management and setting priorities. "Tired, of course, yes, but I need to do it to develop myself. The organization provides many things, such as training in thinking maturity, practicing speaking and socializing skills, and getting friends or relations. "In my organization, I get new knowledge and knowledge that I didn't get in college," added Ike. Ike admits it is an effort to earn his income to teach private lessons.
Ike also shared tips and tricks to keep college-going well. "Being active in many organizations supports our studies. Students' insight will be wider, and critical reasoning is built, which is very helpful for the smooth running of student lectures. Ike felt the benefits, various achievements, especially presentations in various scientific forums and scientific article writing, were achieved to the maximum because of the education and experience gained during the organization. "So it's not right to organize or have other positive activities that interfere with our studies, we just need to be smart about ourselves in managing our time," concluded Ike.
