Malang, July 25 2023. One of the students of the Government Science Study Program from the Center of Excellence (CoE) Class in the Field of Government and Political Analyst, named Alzena Firyal Yusandhi conducted an internship as well as research for four months at the DPR-RI (Jalan Gatot Subroto, Senayan, Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta, DKI Jakarta). During the apprenticeship, he was placed in the faction section. As for the tasks that are usually carried out by Alzena, namely helping to prepare the data and documents needed related to the needs of the faction plus the Commission.
Internship at DPR-RI is a very valuable experience and opportunity for Alzena. Even though it was hard, he still enjoyed it. Alzena said that, "Internship here feels quite heavy, but I enjoy it, even though the task assigned to me is not half of their (board and other staff) workload."
The internship at the DPR-RI also gave Alzena a lot of impressions. According to him, the impression of an internship at the DPR-RI in 2023 is quite interesting and challenging, especially since it is a political year. As a student, he can actually see directly related to how the politics of interest occurs, and how people's representatives try to make their best contribution. “The view that the DPR only sits back and enjoys the luxury of building facilities, for me is not entirely correct. Because so far, from the scope of my internship, they are the ones who always give their time, energy and thoughts for mutual progress.” said Alzena.
