Malang, October 4 2023. In order to follow up on the collaboration with the Batu City Bappeda, the UMM Government Science Laboratory coordinated to discuss the technicalities of the upcoming practicum. Coordination is attended by student representatives who will take the Public Sector Service practicum course taught by Mr. Muhammad Kamil, S.IP., M.A, and accompanied directly by the Laboratory Assistant and Head of the Laboratory, namely Mr. Ali Roziqin, S.A.P, M.P.A.
Later, students will carry out a practicum in the form of a Community Satisfaction Index Survey (IKM) in agencies that provide services within the Batu City Government. This is done to fulfill the practicum assessment indicators in the Public Sector Services course.
Apart from that, the results of the IKM Survey carried out by students will be returned to the relevant agencies. This is a form of collaboration carried out to provide direct community assessment results.
"We really support and are grateful for the collaboration between the UMM IP Study Program and the UMM IP Lab in the Batu City IKM Survey collaboration. "Hopefully this collaboration can improve Batu City's SMEs and be beneficial for the community and all of us," said Mr. Muhammad Awaludin, as Public Services Analyst for the Organizational Section of the Batu City Regional Secretariat.
The Batu City Organization Department also said that in the future the collaboration could bring benefits to both parties.
