All the Government Sciences of UMM Malang felt the good news and pride again on the third weekend of June 2022. This time in the Judiciary of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) UMM Malang period 2 2022, held on June 18, 2022, at the BAU Hall, graduates IP UMM achieved the best 1,2,3. This is the second achievement after getting the same thing in the Judiciary period 1 in 2022. They are Rizki Juda Putra Hidayat with a GPA of 3.94 (Best I), Yusrin Rachmawati with a GPA of 3.92 (Best II) and Mariano Werenfridus with a GPA of 3. ,92 (Best III). More than that, all three graduated in a relatively short time of 3 years and nine months. Moreover, all three graduated because they succeeded in publishing the SINTA 3 national journal article, which could be converted as a substitute for the thesis.

This achievement is not surprising. All three are students who have many achievements and a lot of organizational experience. Rizki Juda Putra Hidayat was noted to have been the General Chair of the Government Science Student Association (HIMAP) for the 2019/2020 period and an administrator at the Islamic Student Association (HMI) FISIP UMM Commissariat. This man, born in Tangerang, Banten, participated in the Indonesian International Student Mobility Awards (IISMA) Program in 2021. This program is a flagship program at MBKM that provides opportunities for all selected Indonesian students to be able to study at top universities abroad for one semester and is fully funded. Juda had the chance to study at Middle East Technical University (METU) in Ankara, Turkey.

"I am very proud because I succeeded in realizing the expectations of my family, especially my mother and father. They are the main motivation for success through this process full of many obstacles. Juda added that the key to enthusiasm is never giving up on the long road, especially fighting problems. Therefore, for Government Science students, never give up in the process, fight problems with optimism," said Juda.

Yusrin Rachawati is active in the LSO Sinden Theater, Fisip UMM, and HIMAP. The woman born in Blitar, East Java, is also active in scientific work competitions, one of which is the Student Creativity Week (PKM). "Alhamdulillah, to be honest, I could not have thought I would get the second-best. This is, of course, thanks to Allah SWT and also my parents. For other friends, the key is studying diligently, asking for blessings and prayers from parents, and doing wheels, "closed Yusrin.

Meanwhile, Mariano Werenfridus is a student who is active in many organizations. Starting from HIMAP, the Indonesian National Student Movement (GMNI) UMM Commissariat, and the Regional Organization (Orda) NTT. The student, born in Ende, East Nusa Tenggara, with his close nickname Mario, was also noted to have been the best presenter and the best paper at the AIPPTM national symposium held at the University of Muhammadiyah Malang in 2019. "First, I feel happy because I come from Eastern Indonesia, a faraway place, to migrate, but I can show that I can still achieve. Mario added that students from outside Java could be successful wherever they are.

The Government Science Study Program highly appreciates this achievement. "They are indeed smart students. The Study Program strengthens this by facilitating a strong academic climate so that their abilities will increase," said Achmad Apriyanto Romadhan, Secretary of UMM IP Study Program, Saturday (18/6/2022). Apriyanto added that this time there were 103 students from IP, which was the highest in history in implementing a judicial period. We encourage students to complete Lectures on Time (KTW) because there are many graduation schemes besides thesis. One of them is a journal; so far, more than 60 students have graduated, including many students who graduated this time," closed Apriyanto.
