Before entering the core of the discussion, Melkah as one of the speakers gave a few words as an introduction to the materials that would be discussed together. ''This is a lesson that is rarely discussed in class, that's why we discuss and study these materials together here,'' said Melkah.
Daily Training activities began with the first material delivered by Melkah discussing Boring Words And What To Use Instead in this material young GEC members were given an understanding related to the many vocabularies that are too often mentioned and cause boredom for the listeners. And in this material new vocabulary is present as a replacement for the boring vocabulary. The first material was passed smoothly and young GEC members were quite active in asking and arguing about the material presented. Next is the second material delivered by Riko, in the material Idioms To Express Likes And Dislikes, Riko explained that, ''In showing our likes or dislikes for something there is something called an idiom, this idiom is a kind of other term that has the same meaning but the expression is slightly different'' said Riko. The second material does discuss other terms in expressing our likes or dislikes for something that has the same meaning. Then continued with the delivery of the final material by Kamila, namely material related to Many Ways To Say Congratulations, in this case the young members of GEC were given an understanding that there are many ways to congratulate someone or something that has happened.
In this case, the daily training activity also aims to continue to improve English language skills and especially public speaking skills that must be mastered by the young members of GEC themselves. This activity will be carried out routinely and scheduled by GEC. That is why the seniors of GEC themselves really want the progress of language skills and other abilities of the young members of GEC. All of this is an initial preparation from GEC as a form of readiness for its members to always be ready to participate in the branches of the competition in the English language competition.
