In responding to the increasingly massive development of the times, Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang, conducted brainstorming for lecturers to be able to become a companion for students to be more competitive, creative and innovative. The activity was held from February 26 to March 1, 2018 at Rusunawa, UMM. The event aims to provide habit, motivation, and entrepreneurial mentality to students to be more adaptive and able to compete in the world of work. To realize this goal, the insight of innovation disruption will be integrated with courses and also provide soft skills to students, namely Information Technology training. This activity was also attended by UMM partner entrepreneurs, to provide a view or overview of the world of Business and Entrepreneurship. One of them is Tri Andi, Vice President of APINDO, Primadi H.Serad, Director for Education Devotion Program of Djarum Foundation, and so on. The hope is that UMM students will be more able to be creative, explore their potential, and become young entrepreneurs. For this reason, through this training, lecturers in the UMM environment, including lecturers in the Government Science Study Program, are prepared to become Innovotion Disruptors, inspire and encourage students to become young entrepreneurs so as to produce great works.
