Community Empowerment Driver/Facilitator

Graduates with this profile are trained to lead and facilitate community empowerment processes through participatory approaches based on sustainability principles. They possess the ability to identify social issues faced by communities and develop solutions that empower them to address these challenges. As drivers, they can unite various parties such as government, non-governmental organizations (NGO), and the private sector towards collaborative efforts to enhance community capacity.

As facilitators, they play a vital role in encouraging communities to actively participate in planning and decision-making processes, ensuring that the empowerment programs implemented have a positive and long-lasting impact. Their skills in facilitating training and capacity building, along with a strong understanding of social diversity, allow them to tailor their approaches to each community context.
