This lecturer was born in Pacitan was very concerned about the problems of regional government, so he often became a facilitator in training and orientation for localand village government. His attention to the issue of regional government so he continued his studies in the Local Politics and Regional Autonomy Program at Gadjah Mada University, Yogyakarta.
