Malang, November 6, 2024 – The MBKM internship program, participated by students from the 2021 and 2022 batches, was visited by the Head of the Government Studies Program, Muhammad Kamil, S.IP., M.A, at the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia.
During the visit, the faculty members were warmly welcomed by the Chairman of the Ombudsman, Mr. Mokhammad Najih, S.H., M.Hum., Ph.D. The meeting also discussed the achievements and challenges faced by the students during their internship.
"Through this internship experience at the Ombudsman RI, students from the Government Studies Program at UMM are expected to gain a deeper understanding of public service issues and contribute to enhancing the quality of public services," said Mr. Mokhammad Najih, S.H., M.Hum., Ph.D.
The visit was carried out to evaluate and strengthen the relationship between the UMM Government Studies Program and the internship institution. It also serves as a momentum to continue the collaboration between the UMM Government Studies Program and the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia.
The Head of the Government Studies Program, Muhammad Kamil, S.IP., M.A, stated, "This visit is conducted to evaluate and assess the students' internship activities, especially their progress in conducting research, as well as their participation and contributions at the internship site."
Through this visit and collaborative efforts, it is hoped that students from the Government Studies Program at UMM will continue to enhance their skills through the internship experience at the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia.
