Malang, May 20, 2024 – The Center of Excellence (CoE) Village Governance class, with the theme "Accommodation/Synchronization of Pre-Musrenbang to Musrenbang Outcomes," was taught by Mr. Munfarikh Reyhan from Landungsari Village.
During the lecture, he presented several key topics, including the planning and preparation of the RPJMDes (Village Medium-Term Development Plan), which begins after the village head is sworn in and must be completed within three months of the inauguration. The plan must align with and be consistent with the policies of the district or regency.
He also explained the cycle of village development planning, which includes the planning stage, preparation of the RPJMDES, preparation of RKPDES (Village Government Work Plan), APBDES (Village Budget), and monitoring and evaluation processes.
Mr. Reyhan also clarified the objectives of RPJMDES, which include ensuring that development planning meets the needs of the village, fostering a sense of ownership and responsibility in the community toward development programs, and preserving and developing the results of village development.
Additionally, Mr. Reyhan encouraged students to engage in discussions and try to create their own village development plans based on their respective villages.
The activity was well-received by the students, as evidenced by their positive response and keen attention to the material presented.
