“Sego Boran” Innovation in Lamongan Regency

Malang, September 14, 2020. Even though UMM Government Science students were still enthusiastic during a pandemic situation and helped in public services in Lamongan Regency. Mazidatur Rahmah is an apprentice at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Lamongan Regency.

To maximize services during a pandemic, the Population and Civil Registration Office utilizes the "Sego Boran" application (free electronic means for population administration online files) for population administration services. The online submission includes e-KTP, KIA (Child Identity Card), birth certificate, death certificate, and data activation.

For people who want to get this service, the only way is to add the service contact number listed in the WhatsApp application through the number that has been prepared, namely 08113699514.

For the submission flow, applicants are required to contact the Call Center first to the WA number that has been listed and published to the public. In addition, the applicant will be directly guided by the Disdukcapil call center operator through the relevant WA number to take care of what documents are needed. For example, in the following process, the applicant will be directed by the Disdukcapil call center operator to send the requirements and application form to the specified email.

Then, an email is received for the field to be verified by the officer. And if the requirements file is lacking, there will be a notification to be re-completed. At the same time, the complete one will be processed immediately after the conditions have been declared complete and processed immediately. Then, the applicant will get a notification from the operator to take the adminduk and then the applicants will get a notice from the operator for the collection of documents that have been completed.
