Monday – Tuesday (22-23/3), the Government Science Student Association (HIMAP) held a Grand Deliberation, which was held in the "GKB" 4 Hall 4th Floor UMM with the theme "Optimizing performance and actualization for the realization of HIMAP UMM with Integrity, Innovativeness, and Solutions". Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the " Musyawarah Besar (Mubes) " activity was carried out in a hybrid manner while still implementing health protocols, namely maintaining distance, wearing masks, and washing hands (3M). As for what was discussed related to AD/ART, GBHO, and the 2021 UMM HIMAP Work Program. The members of the Daily Management Board (BPH), who Rizky Juda Putra Hidayat directly supervised as the General Chair, also took part in overseeing the activities of this Grand Deliberation.

This time, the "mubes" activity was attended by Mr. Muhammad Kamil, S.IP., MA (Head of the UMM Government Science Study Program), Mr. Ach. Apriyanto Romadhan S.IP. M.Si (Advisor of HIMAP UMM), BEM FISIP UMM, SEFA ISIP UMM, and representatives of all HMJ FISIP UMM. In his speech, the UMM Government Science Study Program Head said, "There should be no internal conflict and stay solid." In addition, the supervisor of HIMAP UMM also said, "In the future, HIMAP UMM can actively contribute to producing scientific works, either in the form of journals or written works." Therefore, thanks to the support of the Study Program, the Dean, and the parties concerned, this Grand Deliberation activity was able to run well and smoothly.
