On Tuesday, December 3, 2024, the Rector of Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang issued Announcement No. E.5.a/594/BKA-UMM/XI/2024 regarding the selection of recipients for the 2024 Bank Indonesia Scholarship. The selection was based on administrative review, portfolio evaluation, and interviews conducted by Bank Indonesia.
Three students from the Governmental Science Program successfully passed the selection process to receive the prestigious Bank Indonesia Scholarship for 2024. These students are Churrin In, Firmanda Ibrahim, and Amanda Nazarina.
The Head of the Governmental Science Program, Mr. Muhammad Kamil, S.IP., MA, expressed his pride in this achievement. “This is concrete evidence that students from the Governmental Science Program at UMM can compete at the national level. We hope that the scholarship recipients will be motivated to continue excelling and positively impacting both the campus and the wider community,” he stated.
One of the scholarship recipients, Amanda Nazarina, shared her gratitude and pride. “I am grateful and proud to have earned the trust of Bank Indonesia. I will make the best use of this scholarship to support my studies,” she said.
In addition to covering educational expenses, Bank Indonesia Scholarship recipients benefit from a variety of advantages, including regular, planned, and structured training sessions.
